Hi and thanks for asking in HCM. Sometimes urine pregnancy test may show negative when done very early in pregnancy. Wait for a week and do it again. Spotting may occur in early pregnancy due to implantation, but this spotting usually wont happen very often in pregnancy. Frequent urination may also seen in early pregnancy. Giddiness is not very common. I advice u to take UPT one more time after a week and consult a gynecologist if its negative and your periods still not happened. All the best. Regards
