Hi,I am Dr. Santosh Kondekar (Pediatrician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
my daughter is complaining about jiggly legs, usually in the afternoon, after recess, during school days. she doesnt have them when she's at home. the nurse at my daughter's doctor clinic said it could be growth spurt and we shouldn't worry. is that correct?
Hi...it can be a normal finding as the nurse has mentioned it can occur during growth spurts and it is called growth pains. Do not worry. But if there is a any joint swelling or small joints like finger pains and redness...I suggest you see your paediatrician. Regards - Dr. Sumanth
