Can Guillain Barre Be Cause PTSD?

I had severe guillian barre 19 years ago--a age of 22- and was in ICU on a respirator for over 6 months. I have recovered mostly, though I will never run any marathons :).. I have never been to a therapist though I thought maybe I should. Is it possible I have PTSD from that? I curently take prozac, prescribed to me by a GP after my husbands suicide last year. But truth be told, I have been depressed for a long time before that. I guess my question is. is PTSD after GBS common? sorry for rambling.
