Can Gynecosid Cause Vomiting, Nausea And Mild Fever As Side Effects?

my menstrual cycle has been delayed 2 weeks and i took gynecosid 2 days before, today i m suffering from vomiting, nausea, temperature..are these side effects of gynicosid or its pregnancy?urine and strip test showed negative result...so whats this plz tell me

Common side effects of Gynocid or Clotrimazole are Abdominal Pain,Nausea Or Vomiting,Skin Rash
and Redness Of Skin.Hence the side effects you are experiencing are more likely to be caused by the drug.Urine pregnancy test is reliable when done 10 days after missed period.Repeat the test accordingly.
