Can Having Unprotected Sex With An Unknown Partner Cause HIV Infection?

Hello
I am currently awake and can not sleep at all I am so paranoid. I just got out of at 3 year relationship and went on a cruise for spring break. I hook up with on guy who we only did hand stuff, no oral, but our body parts were close. The next night I was a complete dumbass and started making out with this guy (i was black out) and we went back to his room. All I can honestly remember is making out of top of him and him fingering me and then me realizing why the hell was I doing a i fainting remember just franticly getting up and leaving. I don't even remember what he looks like. I'm soo scared esp because the day before that I had tonsilities and was on a Zpack. ugh im just so scared I have HIV now or something. help

hello sir,
i have gone through your story.
i dont think there is anything for you to get scared.
only when there is an exchange of body fluids between two people, there is chances of passing an infection.
do be positive
there is nothing as such in your case.
but be cautious the next time around.
