Can Head Injury Cause Discomfort In Right Eye?

I got hit in the head a couple of times yesterday evening, playing sports and swimming. I took a ball to the face, someone's arm connected with the entire right side of my face, I got punched lightly in the jaw also. I am now experiencing some discomfort with my right eye, is this related to hitting my head? (I am short sighted).

Such injury may effect eye. But requeres further examination. Vision is tobe recorded .All movment of eye to be recorded. Since myopic fundus exami nation to exclude retinal detachment. If all test normal take some analgesic like hifenac 5omg twice for one week. You will be normal. If not then consult ophthalmologist.
