Can Headache And Blood In Bowel Movement Be Related To Wisdom Tooth Removal?

I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed 1 week ago, I have been on medication and antibiotics since the surgery. I went all week until today without a bowel movement. Afterward when wiping I noticed that the toilet paper was bright red with blood. I now have had a headache all day. Could this all be related, and should I be worried about the blood?

Hello,

Blood after a bowel movement is not related to the removal of wisdom teeth.

It could be a local problem, (hemorrhoids, fissure, etc.) that caused the bleeding.

Get evaluated by a Proctologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
