Can Headache Be Caused By Broken Nose?

I got hit in the face one week ago....someone head butted my entire face...leaving me with a broken nose. I have seen an ENT and have surgery tomorrow...however I have had a headache the entire week which has progressively gotten worse. I always get headaches so I can t tell if this is related to the nose, or something else.

Nose injury can be an emergency if it is accompanied by symptoms like
- severe headache or neck pain
- vomiting
- loss of consciousness
- Breathing difficulty
- Bleeding or Clear watery fluid from injured nose

As you have broken nose, headache could be due to it. I advice you to,
- Take analgesics & ice pack till surgery
- Don't strain or blow your nose.
