Can Headache, Diarrhea, Fatigue, Ear Pressure And Nausea Be Managed When Tested Positive For Strep Throat?

I was tested for strep, the test came out positive. I have been on amoxicillin for almost 18 hours and my symptoms are getting worse. Bad headache, diarrhea, fatigue, ear pressure, nauseous, and my tonsils and back of throat are covered in pus and tonsils are almost swollen to the uvula, almost where it is difficult to breathe. My voice is almost completely gone. What should I do?

Hello,

You may be suffering from acute tonsillitis with eustachian tube block with diarrhoea.

Avoid cool drinks and freeze water avoid spicy food and alcohol.

Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use tablet sinarest.
