Can Headache, Fever, Diarrhea, Body Ache And Neck Pain Be Due To Meningisit?

whats wrong with me? could i have meningisit? i was having throwing up n diaherra from monday at6pm til tuesday 6am, fever, chills, aching all over, weak, dizzy then went to the hospital n i was dehydrated got a bag of fluids n now having weakness, headache like a pressure feeling n neck pain what could it be?

Hi,

First of all, you could have infection in your gut. So,you should do stool analysis, CBC. Meningitis can hardly cause diarrhea. Then you should ask a specialist in digestive system to help you.
