Can Headaches And Nausea Be A Result Of A Fishbone Stuck In Throat?

Hi, I have a fishbone stuck in my throat and I cannot seem to get it out. I've tried eating bread, drinking water and cola and nothing has seemed to work. All of a sudden though I've been feeling unwell, I have a headache and feel quite nauseous, I'm just wondering if this is related?
