Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Blood in urine and mucus in stools, both are of different locations, and possibly not related to herpes 2.
2. On urine examination,
urinary tract infection can be evaluated. Also, will need evaluation, if it is
hemoglobinuria or hematuria. If there is no pus cells, and hematuria is present. then further
renal biopsy maybe necessary for evaluation.
3. If it is hemoglobinuria,
reticulocyte count, peripheral smear and complete hemogram will be necessary.
4. Mucus in stools could be due to reduced fiber in diet. Increase fiber in diet. As there is no history of pain, no infection can be thought of. If there is any
constipation or diarrhea - then colonoscopy will be necessary.
5. Test reports and more clinical details necessary for further opinion.
