Can Herpes Cause Sores In The Tongue?
I have recently gotton my tongue pierced And now i have sores that appear To look like ulcers on the back of my tongue my ex girlfriend was told she had a mild strain of herpes But then told it was wrong by another doctor i have been useing the same tooth brush since i was last with her could these sore be herpes?

it is possible to have herpes sores on your tongue. if you suspect herpes, you should see your doctor, as usually one can tell on exam what it is. sometimes, cultures and blood tests can be done to determine if indeed you have been exposed to herpes.
