Can High BP Cause Restlessness?

My husband 66 years old is getting over a cold which lasted almost 2 weeks and has severe restlessness now. His BP is 153 over 90. He can t sit for more than a minute without feeling like he has to walk around. This has lasted for around 3 hours tonight.

Cold medicine like decongestant may aggravate the blood pressure. His restlessness is not due to blood pressure I think. 150 blood pressure may won't cause discomfort. Please let him to to ENT specialist he may be suffering from blocked sinuses and nose. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
