Can High WBC Count Cause UTI?

I have Immature-granulocytes-present-in-blood, with, as you know 0.0 is the normal limit and mine is .3. I also have numerous abnormalities in my urinalysis. Can these high counts of white blood cells in my bone marrow have anything to do with my recurrent urinary tract infection, or is it completely unrelated. My grandfather died of leukemia, so this is concerning me. Thank you.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have recurrent urinary tract infection. Your High wbc count and immature wbc are due to urinary tract infection. You should take antibiotics like levofloxacin or norfloxacin. After completing the course of antibiotics go for repeat complete blood count test. Don't worry. It will come to the normal.
