Hi,

High cholesterol can't cause itself such symptoms, but it can cause atherosclerotic disease, which can lead to narrowing of vessels, as a result you can have symptoms.
It is highly depends on your age, if you are young it is very unlikely you can have atherosclerosis and changes in arteries. In young age it is mostly caused by functional neurological problems or peripherial artery spasm.

Hope I could help you

Wish you good health
