Can Human Beings Have Bowel Movements Through Mouth?

I recently got it to know that sometime human being can also pass stool from its mouth due to bowel blockage. Is it possible at all according to the internal structure of the human body or it is absolutely a fake story? Please enlighten me the real fact.

Welcome to HCM. Yes this is in fact true. If and when one becomes completely obstructed, there is nowhere for the stool to go, and as one keeps eating they have what is seemingly regurgitation of the stool contents. This is very disheartening because of the smell, and infections can ensue especially if one aspirates these contents into the lungs. Good luck and take care.
