Can Hysterectomy Affect A Person S Appetite?

I had a 10lb cyst on my right ovary. I had it removed and also had a hysterectomy. This was August 27th, 2013. It is now February 19th, 2014 and I still have NO appetite. Im only 23 years old and feel like I am at a loss for eating and maintaining a normal weight. Please help....
