Can I Be Pregnant With Noises And Heart Beat In The Stomach?
I need help! I have taken three pregnancy tests and they were negative but I hear weird noises from my stomach like bubbles and I feel a strong heart beat in my stomach? I also went to the hospital and the pregnancy test was negative. I have not missed my period they r just irregular.I had sex once 14 weeks ago but my bf says he does not make testosterone. can I still be pregnant?

The noises could just be your gastrointestinal tract and the pulsation your abdominal aorta. If at all your pregnancy reports indicate absence of pregnancy and your partner has not ejaculated inside you, then there is nothing to worry about.
