Can I Continue Using Dettol To Clean My Inner Part As I Got Rashes After Using This ?
i am 32 yr old male. i used dettol to wash my inner part of penis on 24 Jun 11, and i got red rashes on my inner part of penis and feel burning sensation. and now i i am using soframycin to get rid from the same. please advise my whether dettol may be used to clean the penis or not.

You shouldnt apply dettol directly on the penile skin or the glans.Wash with soap and water instead.
