Can I Get HIV Inspite Of Having An Unprotected Sex With No Ejaculation?
Im a man and had unprotected sex with another man. He said he was ddf but I have to ask if he wasnt we perfomed oral sex on each other, kissed and I put my penis upto his anus but did not insert. If he did have hiv or aids what are the chances I could contract them?

First of all that man was not necessarily an HIV infected person. Even if he had HIV, kissing is not a risk for HIV and moreover you didn't have any penetrative sex. So your HIV risk is negligible only. Nothing to worry. You can have a HIV test and relax after seeing a negative result.
