I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
It is very unlikely to get pregnant after tubal ligation as recanalisation may cause adhesions and tubal blockage and may not conceive. Apart from recanalisation other procedures such as IVF can be opted if you are still ovulating but it is a very expensive proceudre and needs lot of care to be taken.
