Hi,thanks for query.Normally this is not possible.Still if you have doubts please go for urine pregnancy test and confirm the diagnosis.IUD are very effective and except in cases where it might have been expelled due to some reason pregnancy can not happen.You can talk to your doctor and can go for ultrasound for final diagnosis.
