Hi, I have gone through your question. Cerazette is a progesterone only contraceptive pills and it has a very narrow window period, which means that ovulation and pregnancy can occur if the interval between 2 pills is more than 24 hours.
I would suggest you to stop taking the pill in this cycle and use other method of contraception ( preferably barrier contraception).
If you miss your period, then do get a urine pregnancy test done and if positive, then do consult an OBGYN specialist for further management.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
