Can I Give 'azithral' Again To My Child For Cough And Fever?

my child is having cough and slight fever and as per the doctor's advice I have given her azithral liquid 100, medomal paediatric drop and sudin-kid syrup - all three at 8 pm today. Doctor advised to give these three morning and evening 2.5 ml each. Now my query is do I give it again before she sleeps tonight. My daughter's age is 17 months, 10 kgs.
