Can I Give Domstal To A Kid Suffering From Vomiting And Loose Motion?

Hi Doctor,

My kid is having Vomiting and loose motion since last night. He is getting his teeths. I just spoke to a Doctor and he has suggested Emeset for vomiting and ORS for Loose motion.

I checked i have Domstal right now with me. Can i gave Domstal instead of Emeset ?

Domstal can safely given in place of emese
Continue ORS as directed by your doctor.
Give sporolac one sachet daily
Colimex syrup 3times daily for symptomatic relief.
