Can I Increase The Dosage Of Pulmicort To Prevent Sinus Infection?
I am using budesonide suspension for inhalation 2x a day in a sinus rinse for sinisitis. I feel a sinus infection coming on. Can I increase the use of pulmicort 3-5x a day in the hopes of preventing a sinus infection? Thank you very much for you help, Arlene

hello there,
budesonide is an steroid, I might flare up the infection. so if it is an infection that will be confirmed by a doctor by an examination, then he will prescribed an antibiotic for it.
