I had been taking libotryp tablets since 6 years for depression. Initially I found it effective. Since a year I feel to have lost its efficacy. the doctor suggest to increase the dose from one to one and half a day. He says there is no harm in it. I have doubts. Please advise . Thanx

No it is not harmful at all.

Libotrip contain amitriptiline and it can be use up to 50 to 100 mg

So you can increase but if it require then.

If require then consult your doctor
