i am trying fro an govt. exam ,it needs a
1.distant vision of 6/6,6/6 without glasses with fogging test(must not accept +2d)
2.Near vision of Sn0.6/0.6 without glasses
3.Colour vision on ishihara-Normal
I am wearing a specs already its prescriptin is R+0.5,L+0.75(Sphere)
Do I qualify the above 3 tests

Since you are wearing spectacles with refractive power of 0.5 and 0.75 in right eye and left eye respectively.
Since the required test is distant vision 6/6, 6/6/ without glasses,
you cannot become eligible since you are wearing glasses.
