Can I Still Start The Hormonal Stimulation Even If I Have Not Got The Periods?
Hi! I will donate egg for my friend abroad and I will start my hormone stimulation tomorrow. This is my schedule:
5th Nov- Stop pills of donor.
11th Nov - Menses
12th Nov- Start Inj. Leupride 0.25mg/ day and Gonal F 300IU/day subcutaneously daily
16th Nov- Follicular monitoring scan (Continue injections throughout). Dosage shall be adjusted as per this scan.
19th Nov- 2nd folicular monitoring scan. (Continue injections throughout)
21st Nov- Scan at hospital at 11am.
23rd/ 24th Nov- Egg collection.
The problem is that where I live there is no Leupride 0,25 mg so instead I have got Synerela 0,25 mg (a nose spray). Can I use this instead? And I have not got my period yet, shall I still start the hormone stimulation? Please let me know, I have noone to ask.
