Can I Take Loryna Pills For Two Weeks Instead Of Femicept?

I have a question about birth control pills and borrowing from a friend. I am in Los Angeles on a visit and I take Femicept pills as birth control. I realized today my period is going to be next week and I would like to postpone is until June 1st.. My roomate offer to let me take her birth control which is Loryna pills. Can I do that for these 2 weeks that I have left here and then go back to my own?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Birth control pills can be used to delay the period but you would have to continue using the same birth control for that cycle (complete a pack of that particular birth control)

After that point, you can revert to your normal birth control medication.

I hope this helps
