Hi
I feel you should consult an andrologist or urologist and get yourself examined for any infection in your testis or epididymis. If so then you will need a different set of medicines may be for 3 weeks .
If your wife is having yeast infection then you will need antifungal tablet and local ointments... depending up on the severity of her infection she might require intravaginal antifungal suppositories for 3 to 6 days. That will be decided by her gynaecologist.
hope my answer helps you. Regards
