Can I Take 'udiliv' For Itching On Body During Pregnancy?

hi i m 30th week pregnant women. and now i got severe itching on my legs, palms,fingers rarely on thyes... and my docter adviced to take udiliv 150mg two tablets for twice a day(which means four tablets per day). Is it ok for my health and baby also.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion itching over body is routinely seen in third trimester of pregnancy.You can take antihistamines like tab.cetrizine.or udiliv .But you need to do serum bilirubin estimation because increased bilirubin levels might also cause itching.So discuss regarding that with your consultant.But nothing to worry about that.Udiliv is safe for both you and baby.
