I m suffering from shoulder, knee, wrist joints pain and numbness of right arm because of survical spondylisis due to degeneration and reduction of spaces in c-4, c-6 and c-7. Despite physio therapy, exercises and getting pain killing not feeling well. please advise medicines as preventive measures and improvement of neck vertebral. Are tab methycobal and movex beneficial or otherwise.
