Can we use malas skin cream of eli pharmacenticals for the face to get rid of pimples, scars and blackness by sun burn???? And 1 more thing after we use this cream we get good results then will live using this cream but their will not be side effects if we stop using it or it will make our face more worse than before if we stop....

Melas cream contains a triple combination of a potent steroid+hydroquinone+tretinoin. It should always be used on prescription of a dermatologist. Dermatologist use this combination for melasma and never for acne.
The potent steroid in it can itself cause more acne and other side effects like hirsutism, photsensitivity, skin thinning and atrophy etc
