Can I Use Panderm Plus To Remove Black Marks On Face?

Dr. i am a swarthy (nigrescent) girl using PANDERM+ cream of 15mg to remove black marks on my face & i found clear my black marks. Could i able to use it continuously because it clear my marks as well as i became little bit fairer after completing full 15mg yube of it?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Panderm plus is a formulation containing antibiotic, antifungal and steroid components..

Steroid creams initially shows wonderful effects on face by reducing pigmentation and brightening the face..
But long term use has severe side effects like skin thinning, pimples, inflammation, rashes, itching, excess hairgrowth and dilated veins under the skin..

So personally I do not recommend steroid based creams to reduce dark spots..
I wound suggest you to safe depigmentation creams and facewash like salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash.
-Creams containing Kojic acid, arbutin and glycolic acid etc..
-Vitamin E gel is also effective and also take Vitamin C supplements..
-Exfoliate your skin twice a week..
- Always apply sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun..
