Hi,

Noted your history of suffering from giddiness for the last 8 years, now diagnosed as cirrhosis, taking Apilive 500 and Vertin 16, CHAMP tests found out the imbalance in left ear fluid, still suffering from giddiness, wants to know whether imbalance of fluid can cause giddiness.
There are major 3 reasons of giddiness; the first being imbalance of fluid in the 3 semicircular canals in inner ear on each side which has been confirmed .
Hence I would advise you the following:
Consult an Otologist that is ENT Surgeon for further clinical evaluation, examination, ENT Endoscopy and CT scan with MRI that is combo-study to know the reason of imbalance like Cholesteotoma eroding on one semicircular canal and so on.
Once this is diagnosed, it will be easy to take further step.
For example may need surgery of the ear to close hte defect and so on as per decision of your Surgeon. Till then continue on with Vertin as prescribed.
As for the cirrhosis part, you need detailed clinical evaluation, investigations to know the stage and extent of cirrhosis and to get treated accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
