Hello,
thanks for using health care magic

With non-motile and abnormal cells, fertilization of the egg will not take place in the first place let alone formation of heart that should beat.

Sperms cells have to be fully functional, motile, without abnormality and should be in good quantity and under good conditions to be able to survive the length of the vagina, uterus and proximal portion of the tubes before meeting the egg to effect fertilization.

Hope this helps
Best regards
