Hi,
1. Implantation bleed is like slightly pinkish or brown and it often goes away on its own.
2. Period bleed starts of heavy for the first two days and then gets lighter.
3. Talking about the pain of implantation its is always light but the pain of periods gets worse as you progress towards day 2 or 4.
If you always have this complaint of irregular periods then you should visit your gynecologist to check if everything is alright in your ovaries.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
