Hallow Dear,
Before actual ejaculation of semen, there is pre-ejaculation secretion (precum) which is deposited without sensing it. Precum does contain some amount of sperms which are capable of fertilizing an egg and cause
pregnancy.
However, the egg gets released 14 days prior to the next expected menses; thus in usual periodicity, this day falls somewhere midway in the cycle. Considering the 24 hours life of an egg and 3 days life of sperms, a week around this day of egg release is considered as fertile period. Your intercourse was on 7th day of your cycle which is far away from the fertile period. So the possibility of pregnancy due to this intercourse appears to be very rare.
Still, for confirmation, the earliest test you can perform is
Beta hCG test on the blood 10 days after the last unprotected sex. Values under 5 mIU/ml are found in non-pregnant state while those more than 25 mIU/ml are diagnostic of pregnancy.
Alternatively, you may wait for your menses to appear. If they appear, you are not pregnant. If they are delayed, a week after that you may perform pregnancy test on overnight early morning first urine sample. Done earlier, these tests may report false negative.
Please calm down; going crazy is not going to help you anyway; on the contrary it may delay the menses. Follow the scientific methods. Even if you are pregnant, there are medicines which can terminate the pregnancy.
I hope this helps you to shirk off the
stress.
