hi doctor I want to know if estrogen level in men is up can effect on pregnancy of his wife and how he can solve this mater because his wife wants to get pregnant soon but we don t know if this mater get solve please Dr. answer me what should I do for him till he can make his wife pregnant sooner?
Hello, Thanks for posting in HCM. Increased estrogen in males can sometimes cause problem in conceiving. But for that it is important that the semen sample should be checked first of the husband to look for sperm count, motility and other factors. Depending on the test results it can be confirmed whether increased estrogens are causing any hindrance in proper sperm production or not. So i would like to advice to get a semen analysis done first. Depending on the reports consult a gynecologist or fertility clinic so as to get proper guidance on further management.
