Can Increased Heart Rate / Chest Discomfort On Exertion Indicate Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia?
I am a man 32 years old ,only when I stand up or go upstairs, i have heart discomfort, very strong pulse and headach, conitue 5-10 Minutes and go away, that affect negatively my mood and my psychology,,some time I want to cry, this condition have begonnen beofre 2 years , but now is more clearly, I have done echo, stress ECG, Holter ,every thing is normally . I have read in Internet ,somthing called Postural Orthostatic tachycardia,,,, but I am not sure, the doctor has prescriebed only Metoprolo 23,5 only to be queit,,,, but there is no benefit .

your symptoms can be because of POTS ( postural orthostatic taxhycardia syndromme ) , for definitive diagnosis ask your physician for tilt table testing which can be helpful inn diagnosis.
