Can Increased Refractive Power Of The Eye Be Treated While Having Myopia?

Hello sir... I'm a myopic and I have been relied upon specs since I was 7-8 years old. Initially the power was - 1.25 and - 1.2 D in the right and left eyes respectively. Now it's - 8.5 and - 6.5 in the eyes. Sir I'm very tensed because of the continuous increase in the power. My doc suggested me glotab tablets for 30 days and normotears drops for 3 weeks. I want to go for Lazer treatment. I'm presently 20 years old. Wil I b able to go for Lazer operation at this age. Plz suggest me some useful tips to control the power increments.

can yo use contact lens and refractive surgery is also an option but it has got many side effect so it is to be decided on merit.refractive surgery is to be done by laser. main side effect is endothelial dystrophy. can be done up to twenty five ears of age. but on my opinion corection by specs is the best.
