my child have 6 years old, from the age of 5 we find that hiis eye power i increase becaseu he read his books very closely, we consult the doctor they provide him glasses but said that this power increase further accoroding to his growth, and it is from his birht, please tell me details on it

myopia is to some extent heriditary. along with growth of body the change in eye size the power increases. this goes up to age of 25 when power become stationery. after this you can think of lasik surgery or contact lens
