Can Increasing Plantar Fibroma Lead To Poor Blood Circulation?

When I first step out of bed in in the morning two toes on my left foot tingle for a short time. I have quite a few lumps on the bottom of my feet that are apparently harmless (plantar fibroma - I had one small one removed but many more have surfaced since) but wondering that as they re increasing in size this may be causing poor circulation? Am a 55 year old female in good condition!
