Can Intake Of Postinor After 12 Hrs Of Intercourse Still Lead To Pregnancy?

my girlfriend and i had unprotectedsex on the 4th of march at about 1 a.m in the morning. the following day she took postinor 2 at about 10 a.m and twelve hours after. she missed her period which was suppose to be on the 17th of march and it is now the 31st. she took 2 pregnancy tests and they both said positive but she took the second one 4 hours after the first. Is she pregnant even though she took postinor?

hi though rare but failure with emergency contraceptives is known case.if 2 upt tests are positive then it confirms pregnancy.and in all likelihood the pregnancy is caused by intercourse on 4 th. all the best take care.
