Can Intake Of Thyronorm Tablet Cause Any Side Effect Of Forgetfulness?

Hello, Doctor, I am 26yrs old, My TSH level is 6.2, My doctor has given thyronorm tablet and I am taking it from 2 months, nowadays I am feeling like absent minded and forgetness, So, I have a doubt for continuing the tablet?, so ,please guide me whether to continue the thyronorm tablet for 6.2TSH or not?

It is a boarder line high reading of TSH.If you have your T3 & T4 levels in normal range,then you may have to start minimal doses of thyronorm- may be 6.25 microgram or even you can wait for 3 months or so & then got your TSH level repeated & the dose of thyronorm adjusted accordingly.As such thyronorm has no such side effects like forgetfulness or absent minded features.
