Can Intense Pain In The Stomach Muscles And A Lump On The Left Side Of The Hip Bone Be Treated And Cured?
Hello, I ma just jump in n tell you how I feel most of the time. I constantly have a nauseated stomach w the sense of HAVING TO GO!!but nothing happens, I pee but full bowel movements. When the pain is INTENSE my stomach muscle seems to tighten up and I get this lump on my left side like next to my hip bone. I akso frequently have blood in my stool, n I have had polyps removed, but I think I felt a cpl about a week ago. Fatigue. Whe I can gain weight I lose even if I am able to eat regularly
Lump development on left side with pain and while passing motion indicates the following possibilities: Sigmoid volvulus. This is missed as this may be temporary and an actual X-ray of abdomen during the attack can diagnose thing in a simple way.
Please insist on this, get admitted if necessary where the urgent X-ray facility is available. Colonoscopy. CT scan of abdomen and repeated tests of stool should be done to rule out any other problems as you have a history of polyp removal. All such things disturb the whole GI System and affect other parts of body directly or indirectly. Once a proper diagnosis is done, it will be easy for a specific management.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
