Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It looks from your details that you are having problem of sticking out your knee. This can be due to presence of excess fat at your thigh as well as due to deformity at knee.

This needs evaluation by a orthopedic surgeon. He may advice a x ray to rule out this. This problem is easily correctable if you seek a good advice at earliest.Depending on reports your doctor may advice use of wearable splints or exercises or surgery.

Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Mukesh Tiwari
