Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been advised by my GP to take Kalms as a natural way of reducing some stress, which in turn is not helping my IBS which in turn is causing me long periods of constipation. I was told by a consultant at boots the chemist that i cannot take kalms if i am on HRT (gel) which i am. Is she right? If so, is there an alternative?

Can Kalms Be Taken Along With HRT (gel)?
Hello, Yes, that is correct. Do not take Kalms. Take Etizola 0.25 instead. Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Diwashish Biswas, Internal Medicine Specialist
